How It Works & What to Expect
Submit Your Details: Once you purchase your package, you will receive a design questionnaire. Simply share your room photos, dimensions, and style inspiration. (To keep your project on schedule, please submit your details within 7 days of purchase).
Design Creation: Once your details are submitted, we will get straight to work crafting your custom visual masterplan.
The Final Delivery: You will receive your complete design package via email within 2 weeks of submitting your questionnaire.

To ensure every client receives a high-quality, efficient service, please keep the following in mind:
Turnaround & Scheduling: Please submit your questionnaire promptly so that we can start on your design straight away. Delayed submissions may push back your delivery timeframe.
Final Deliverables: Each design is crafted with meticulous care based on your initial questionnaire. To keep this service accessible and affordable, packages are final once delivered and do not include post-delivery consultations or revisions. However, if you are unhappy with your design please contact us and we will work to resolve it with you.
Scope of Service: This package focuses on cosmetic design, furniture selection, and aesthetic layout. If a project requires structural alterations, architectural plans, or contractor-level interventions, it may fall outside the scope of a virtual service. If your space is deemed out of scope after reviewing your questionnaire, a full refund will be issued immediately.
